We are looking for a Studio Producer to join our team in Stratford, London, someone who can bring clarity, warmth, and focus to the creative process while keeping every production running smoothly from start to finish.
About the Role
As Studio Producer, you will be the link between creative, production, and clients. You will manage multiple projects at different stages, from pitch to post, ensuring each one delivers on time, on budget, and with the kind of polish and integrity that defines our work. You will work closely with directors, producers, and production partners, balancing creativity with precision and people skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all stages of production including development, preproduction, shoot, and post
Collaborate with directors, writers, and clients to bring ideas to life
Handle budgeting, scheduling, and crew coordination
Liaise with vendors, agencies, and talent
Oversee timelines, paperwork, and communication across teams
Support the creative vision while keeping the process structured and efficient
What We Are Looking For
Three to six years of experience as a producer in advertising, film, or branded content
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines calmly
Good financial understanding of production budgeting and logistics
Excellent communication and team building ability
A sense of ownership, curiosity, and creative problem solving
